Consistent with previous in-person off-sites, attendance is intended for government employees (local, state & federal), government contractors, and vendors currently under contract for TAK explicit work.

 US Military - Uniform of the Day, Civilian/Contractor/Non-US Military - Smart Casual.

Registration

• In-person attendance is limited. All in-person attendees MUST register for in-person attendance by 10 August 2026. 

2026 Format Updates 

• Using feedback from past events, the TAK Product Center decided to structure the 2026 TAK Offsite in the way that mirrors past years.
• All days will feature the traditional “open” format with publicly-releasable content. Keynote presentations will occur on Day 1 . Per TAK.gov account access levels, non-U.S. Government agencies, their contractors, and foreign persons will be permitted to attend all publicly releasable briefings.
•  U.S. Government personnel are welcomed to suggest TAK-focused program briefings. Please submit your recommendations via events@tak.gov, and stay tuned for the upcoming launch of the 2026 TAK Offsite Event Speaker Request Portal. Please forward this invitation as desired.
